Erie County Consortium Objectives To build a loyal, trusting working relationship among the fully licensed agancies under New York State Public Health Law-Article 36 To monitor and interpret New York State and Erie County regulations pertaining to the delivery of home health care. To build and maintain a positive image of the Home Health Care Industry in Erie County To promote an awareness of the legal, ethical and economical issues that can affect health care delivery while maintaining professional standards. To develop and maintain a positive working relationship with Erie County Department of Social Services and New York State Department of Health To develop and maintain a positive working relationship with Erie County and New York State officials regarding issues and regulations pertaining to home health care service in Erie County. WHO WE ARE
Our purpose is to develop a working relationship among the fully licensed Home Care agencies under New York State Public Health Law-Article 36 who contract with Erie County Department of Social Services (ECDSS) to provide community based licensed and personal care services throughout Erie County.
